All color, surface, radius and typography values live as design tokens. A brand supplies its token set and logo lockup to restyle the entire app — exactly the difference between the three phones above.

Catalog integration layer

A pluggable data adapter pulls live products (GraphQL/REST) into games, cards and vouchers. Point it at the brand's marketplace API and the whole arcade fills with that brand's catalog.

Economy & content config

Payouts, prices, caps, voucher tiers, game roster and rarity rules are data, not code. Each deployment is tuned to the brand's margins and assortment.

CRM & localization mapping
